Settings is where you customise ulTrain to match your training and privacy preferences.
Profile and preferences
- Update your name, profile photo and training level.
- Choose preferred distance units and weight units.
- Change app mode between Endurance, Strength and Hybrid.
- Set theme/display preferences and Home screen behaviour.
Apple Health
Enable or disable Health import, auto-import behaviour, unlinked activity imports and ignored Health items. If imports look wrong, start here first.
Notifications
ulTrain can schedule training reminders, weekly summaries, race countdown nudges and streak-risk reminders when notification permission is granted.
Calendar sync
Calendar sync can place planned weekly activities into your iOS Calendar. You can choose the calendar and whether alerts are added.
Privacy controls
- Your training data is not used for advertising.
- Cloud sync and backup are there to support your account and devices.
- Race/event sharing options are controlled by you.
- Social and beta features can be toggled separately where available.
Pro features
Pro unlocks the fuller training system: weekly planning, richer analytics, advanced strength features, nutrition insights, kit/event tools, widgets, sync/restore and Personal Coach guidance.
