ulTrain is designed to make training context useful. Nutrition logs help you see which foods, drinks, gels and recovery choices are linked to better sessions.
Nutrition catalogue
The catalogue stores the items you use. Each item can have a name, brand, category and serving details such as calories, fluid and sodium.
Log nutrition
- For endurance activities, add nutrition to an activity or standalone log.
- For strength workouts, routines can prompt you to tick pre-workout nutrition before starting.
- Completed strength workouts can record pre-workout and post-workout items.
- Use the feeling rating to make future comparisons meaningful.
My Nutrition
My Nutrition ranks items by rating, usage, name or calories per serving. It adapts by mode: Strength mode focuses on strength-workout nutrition, Endurance mode focuses on endurance activity logs, and Hybrid combines both.
Kit
Kit helps you organise gear for races, long runs or event preparation. Add items, tick what is packed and keep event-critical equipment visible before race day.
