Understand what is changing.

From free style cards to Pro insights, My Analytics turns your training history into trends across endurance, strength, consistency and readiness.

Analytics and progress

My Analytics turns everything you log or import into trends you can act on. The hub is free for everyone, and the deeper insight packs are part of ulTrain Pro. The more consistently you train with ulTrain, the sharper the picture becomes.

The free hub

My Analytics opens with hero cards for your training identity. My Style summarises your endurance habits - for example "Morning Runner" - with your average distance, pace and sessions per week, while Training Style does the same for strength. My Crew stats are included too. On the free plan, an Unlock Pro Analytics card shows what the rest offers.

Endurance Insights (Pro)

Endurance Insights breaks down your aerobic training: Activity Stats for This Week, Month, Year or All Time; Activity Trends covering sport breakdown, effort mix, weekly distance and duration, most active days and time of day; and Performance highlights - best pace, longest distance and duration, most elevation - with pace, heart-rate and cadence trends drawn from your health imports. Personal Records track best pace by distance band, longest distance, most elevation and consistency records, and Year in Review shows your whole year as an activity heatmap.

On iPhone: Performance also includes a VO2 max trend from Apple Health. On Android: every chart includes a spoken summary, so TalkBack reads the trend, not just the raw numbers.

Strength Insights (Pro)

Strength Insights covers weekly volume, consistency and milestones, plus Fuel & Feeling - which foods tend to precede your best and worst sessions. Progressive Overload and strength-to-bodyweight ratios show whether you are genuinely getting stronger, and Personal Records track Max Weight, Est. 1RM and Session Volume per exercise with an Estimated 1RM Trend. A Muscle Distribution donut and Weekly Balance (28 days) with Low, OK and High flags reveal gaps in your programme, alongside per-exercise history and per-routine performance.

Training Load (Pro)

Training Load compares this week's work against your fitness base and places you in one of four readiness states - Fresh, Optimal, Fatigued or High Load - each with advice on what to do next. It alerts you when weekly volume breaks the 10% rule or strength volume spikes, and a 12-week trend shows how your load has built over time.

Streaks (Pro)

StreakWhat keeps it going
Movement StreakConsecutive days with planned movement - scheduled recovery days protect it.
Workout StreakConsecutive weeks with at least one strength workout.

Both streaks have milestone ladders to climb, and ulTrain can notify you when a streak is at risk.

Plan and nutrition analytics

Every plan earns a Plan Execution score from 0–100 with a grade, a phase breakdown and target-versus-actual charts by week - see Plans & weekly planner. Nutrition analytics show your most used items, category breakdown, feeling ratings and top-rated fuel - see Nutrition & kit. On iPhone, Personal Coach (Pro) can also generate on-device AI weekly summaries of your plans and weeks - see Settings, privacy & Pro.

Tip: Look for repeatable patterns, not single-session noise. A bad workout can happen to anyone; a four-week trend tells you something worth acting on.
